**1. RV Air Conditioner Failure** The #1 repair call in Central Florida from May through September. Florida's heat and humidity run RV AC units at maximum capacity for months at a time. The most common failures: capacitors (worn out from constant cycling), fan motors (failing from continuous operation), and refrigerant leaks. Regular maintenance extends AC life significantly.

**2. Roof Leaks and Sealant Failure** Florida's intense UV radiation ages roof sealants faster than anywhere in the country. Add daily summer thunderstorms and hurricane season, and roof maintenance becomes critical. Inspect and re-seal your roof annually — more often if you're a full-timer.

**3. Slide-Out Problems After Storage** Florida storage periods create slide-out problems: rubber seals stick, slide room floors develop soft spots from humidity, and gears can corrode. Always inspect slides carefully at the start of travel season.
